Milk Tea recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 bags of Lipton Yellow Label tea

  • Water to boil

  • Any evaporated milk of your choice (Black&white for a HK style feel)

PROCEDURE

  • Heat the water into the kettle

  • pour the boiling water into your mug with the 2 bags of Lipton Tea and let it sit for 45minutes.

  • add 2 1/4 tablespoons of evaporated milk to the tea and supplement that with 2 tablespoons of condensed milk.

  • Once you put the milk and the tea, think of Dory (Finding Nemo) and just keep stirring stirring stirring until you see that the milk is completely dissolved.

Optional: you can keep the tea bag into the mug to get the fuller thicker tea texture or you can remove it before you put in the milk.
