If the date that you are interested in is SOLD OUT please contact us. We might be able to move something around for you or get someone to come in on their day off. No promises but we can try!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms apply.

To cancel your tour, please email us. Your cancellation will take effect from the time we receive your email, and we will confirm the cancellation by return email.

Private tours for 1–9 guests

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: 100% refund*

  • 24 hours or less before the tour: No refund

Private tours for 10 or more guests

  • More than 7 days before the tour: 100% refund*

  • Between 2 and 7 days before the tour: 50% refund*

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund

Important Information

Please note that all refunds are subject to the following deductions where applicable:

  • Booking and payment processing charges are non-refundable. These fees are charged by our third-party booking and payment providers at the time your reservation is made and currently total 7.7% of the tour value.

  • Any costs already incurred on your behalf are also non-refundable. These may include (but are not limited to) attraction tickets, workshop fees, restaurant deposits, transportation, accommodation, and any other non-recoverable costs paid to third-party suppliers or partners prior to cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your tour, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

If we have availability on your preferred new date, the following terms apply.

Private tours for 1–9 guests

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to availability.

  • 24 hours or less before the tour: Rescheduling is not available and a new booking will be required.

Private tours for 10 or more guests

  • More than 7 days before the tour: Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to availability.

  • Between 2 and 7 days before the tour: A 50% rescheduling fee applies.

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: Rescheduling is not available and a new booking will be required.

Where possible, any prepaid tickets, reservations or third-party services will be transferred to your new tour date. If this is not possible, any non-recoverable costs will remain payable.
