Small Group Tour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms apply.

To cancel your tour, please email us. Your cancellation will take effect from the time we receive your email, and we will confirm the cancellation by return email.

Our scheduled small group tours are designed for individual travellers and small parties. If you are booking five or more places on a scheduled small group tour, please note that the group cancellation and rescheduling policy below applies, as large group cancellations can significantly affect the operation of scheduled small group tours.

Bookings for 1–4 guests

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: 100% refund.

  • 24 hours or less before the tour: No refund.

Bookings for 5 or more guests

  • More than 7 days before the tour: 100% refund.

  • Between 2 and 7 days before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.

Small Group Tour Rescheduling Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your tour, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

If we have availability on your preferred new date, the following terms apply.

Bookings for 1–4 guests

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to availability.

  • 24 hours or less before the tour: Rescheduling is not available and a new booking will be required.

Bookings for 5 or more guests

  • More than 7 days before the tour: Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to availability.

  • Between 2 and 7 days before the tour: A 50% rescheduling fee applies.

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: Rescheduling is not available and a new booking will be required.
