Bar De Luxe

This hidden gem of Japanese cocktail bar in Central has been brought to life by Ueno Hidetsugu, the legendary mixologist and owner of Tokyo’s internationally renowned cocktail mecca, BAR HIGH FIVE.  Ueno san’s protégé, Ivin Hui is the senior bartender, a local lad who got started at Butler and who recently completed his training under Ueno’s tutelage in Japan. With exceptionally high standards and his unique mixology flair, each exquisite cocktail is prepared to perfection.
